Short answer: JobTread pricing is $199/mo on monthly billing, or $159/mo billed annually ($1,908/yr). That price includes one internal user. Then each additional internal user is $20/mo on monthly billing, or $16/mo on annual billing, with lower rates after 10 users. Also, JobTread has one plan with every feature included. Plus, customers, vendors and subcontractors get free, unlimited portal access.

Prices as of October 12, 2026. Augmented Trades read every figure below from JobTread’s own pricing page. All prices are USD. Note that Augmented Trades is not a JobTread affiliate, so this page earns nothing from JobTread.

JobTread Pricing at a Glance

Internal usersMonthly billing (per user, per month)Annual billing (per user, per month)
Base plan (includes user 1)$199/mo$159/mo ($1,908/yr)
Users 2–10$20 each$16 each
Users 11–20$15 each$12 each
Users 21–30$10 each$8 each
Users 31+$5 each$4 each

JobTread notes that the price breaks apply only to the users inside each band. For example, your 15th user costs $15/mo on monthly billing, but users 2 through 10 still cost $20 each. In addition, JobTread advertises annual billing as a 20% saving, and its page lists no contract and no setup fees.

Who Counts as a Paid User Under JobTread Pricing

This is where JobTread differs from per-seat construction software. In fact, it changes the math more than the price table does. Per the FAQ on JobTread’s price page:

  • Paid (internal) users: employees who need to view customer and vendor information, manage jobs, build schedules, track time and run reports. Accountants and some other non-employees can count too if they need access to JobTread data.
  • Free users: customers, vendors and subcontractors using the external portals, without limit. Field crew who only upload photos, log daily notes, view their schedule or check off tasks can also be added free.

As a result, a remodeler with an owner, a project manager, an office manager and six field carpenters may only be paying for three internal users. So sort your team into those two groups before you price it.

What Is and Isn’t Included

According to JobTread, the single plan includes every feature: unlimited jobs, documents and files, unlimited portal users, data imports with pre-built job templates, and implementation, training and support at no extra charge. Specifically, the platform covers sales and estimating (CRM, estimating, takeoff, contracts and e-signatures, a cost catalog, bid requests), project management (tasks and scheduling, daily logs, time tracking, sub and vendor portals) and job finances.

There’s no free trial. JobTread’s FAQ says it skips trials because every client is assigned a Customer Success Manager for implementation. Instead, monthly subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Annual billing is cheaper. However, the guarantee as stated applies to monthly, so start monthly if you want the safety net.

Vendor prices change without notice. For current verified figures on every vendor we track, see the contractor software pricing tracker.

Who JobTread Fits, and Who It Doesn’t

A good fit: First, project-based builders and remodelers who estimate, budget and job-cost in one system, and who have many subs or field crew who can use the free portals. In other words, JobTread pricing rewards small office teams with large outside networks.

Less of a fit: By contrast, service-and-repair shops running many short same-day jobs. Dispatch-centered field service tools like those in our Jobber pricing and Housecall Pro pricing breakdowns are built for that work. Also, if you want to try before paying, the lack of a free trial is a real cost.

Alternatives to price alongside it: Projul uses flat-rate tiers instead of per-user pricing. Our Projul review has the numbers. Meanwhile, Buildertrend is the other name most builders compare, and our JobTread vs Buildertrend breakdown covers how they differ. JobTread Pricing FAQ

How much is JobTread per month?

It’s $199/mo on monthly billing or $159/mo on annual billing, and both include one internal user. After that, additional internal users start at $20/mo each (monthly) or $16 (annual).

Does JobTread charge for subcontractors and customers?

No. Vendor, subcontractor and customer portal users are free and unlimited. Similarly, field crew who only upload photos, log daily notes, view schedules or check off tasks can also be added free.

Does JobTread have a free trial or setup fee?

There’s no free trial. Instead, monthly subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee. JobTread lists no setup fees and no contract, and includes implementation, training and support.

Are there different JobTread plans?

No. JobTread sells one plan with all features included. So the only variables are billing cycle and the number of internal users.

Bottom Line

Overall, JobTread pricing is about as transparent as construction software gets: one plan, published per-user bands, and free seats for the people outside your office. Still, the real number depends on how many of your team are internal users. So count them honestly, run JobTread’s calculator, and price Projul’s flat tiers alongside it. This page reflects JobTread’s pricing page as of October 12, 2026.
