Short answer: Rosie pricing for the AI phone receptionist comes in three plans: Professional at $49/mo (250 minutes), Scale at $149/mo (1,000 minutes) and Growth at $299/mo (2,000 minutes). Paid annually, they work out to $41, $124 and $249 per month. Also, there’s no per-minute overage fee. Instead, if you go over your minutes, Rosie moves you up to the next plan at that plan’s standard price.
Prices as of October 12, 2026. Augmented Trades read every figure below from Rosie’s own pricing page, heyrosie.com/pricing, with both the monthly and annual toggles. All prices are USD.

What Costs Extra Beyond Rosie Pricing
- Going over your minutes. Per Rosie’s FAQ, you get warning emails as you approach the limit. Then, if you exceed it, Rosie moves you to the next plan at its standard price, and you stay there until you switch back. For example, a Professional account that runs past 250 minutes becomes a $149 Scale account. Growth customers who regularly pass 2,000 minutes are told to contact Rosie for a custom-volume plan.
- Website texting. This is an add-on at $50/mo with 25 conversations included and $1 for each additional conversation. However, the website chat widget is free on every plan.
How far do the minutes go? Because Rosie pricing is based on minutes, not calls, the answer depends on how long your calls run. As arithmetic, not a vendor figure: at an assumed 3 minutes per answered call, 250 minutes covers about 83 calls a month and 1,000 minutes about 333. So check your phone records for your real average call length before picking a plan. Also, our free missed-call calculator estimates what unanswered calls are costing you, which is the number to weigh against the subscription.

Which Plan Fits Which Business
Professional ($41–49/mo) fits a solo operator who mostly needs calls answered and messages taken while on a job. However, it only texts callers a booking link and doesn’t book onto your calendar itself.
Scale ($124–149/mo) is where Rosie starts acting like a dispatcher. First, it books directly onto your calendar. Second, warm transfers let it brief a tech or office person before connecting an urgent caller. So for a shop that takes emergency calls, the transfer features are the reason to be on this tier.
Growth ($249–299/mo) makes sense for high call volume, or for an after-hours on-call rotation where waterfall transfers can ring the on-call tech, then a backup, then the owner.
Rosie Pricing vs Other Ways to Stop Missing Calls
Of course, a standalone AI receptionist isn’t the only option. If you already run field service software, check whether it has its own: Jobber sells an AI Receptionist add-on (see our Jobber AI Receptionist review), and Housecall Pro lists CSR AI among its add-ons. Our trade guides compare the options side by side:
The trade-off is simple. On one hand, a built-in add-on books straight into the system you already use. On the other hand, a standalone tool like Rosie works no matter what you run, and keeps working if you change field service software later.
Rosie Pricing FAQ
Does Rosie have a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of all features, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged, per Rosie’s FAQ.
Is there a contract?
No. Rosie says there are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Plus, you keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. Instead, Rosie gives you a number to forward calls to, so you keep your existing business number. You can forward only after-hours or overflow calls if you’d rather answer during the day yourself.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You’re moved up to the next plan at its standard price rather than charged per minute, and you stay there until you change it back. Rosie pricing therefore rewards watching those warning emails during your busy season.
Bottom Line
Overall, Rosie publishes clear prices and has no per-minute overage fee. The catch, however, is the automatic upgrade when you go over, so size the plan to your busiest month, not your average one. For most small shops that want calls booked rather than just answered, Scale is the plan to trial first. This page reflects Rosie’s pricing page as of October 12, 2026.
