Short answer: ServiceTitan pricing isn’t published. Instead, its pricing page lists three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, and every one says “Request Pricing.” ServiceTitan describes its pricing as per-technician, so you get a number only after a demo and a sales conversation. This page covers what the vendor does publish, what drives your quote, and what to ask before you sign.

As of October 12, 2026. Augmented Trades read everything below from ServiceTitan’s own pricing page, ServiceTitan’s own package page. However, we don’t repeat dollar figures from third-party review sites or forums, because the vendor doesn’t confirm them and quotes vary by shop.

The feature split comes from the package cards. In other words, each card greys out the features that package doesn’t include. Get a quote for your shop →

What Drives ServiceTitan Pricing for Your Shop

Because pricing is per technician, headcount is the biggest variable. In addition, ServiceTitan’s demo request form asks:

  • your industry
  • your number of techs
  • whether you have at least one full-time office employee
  • whether your work is residential or commercial
  • whether you focus on service and replacement or on construction and remodel

As a result, expect those answers to shape both the package you’re steered toward and the price.

The package is the second variable. Also, on top of the three packages, ServiceTitan markets add-on “Pro” products, including AI Virtual Agent, Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro and Field Pro. It also sells payments, integrated financing and accounts payable products. However, none of these have published prices either, so ask for each one you care about as a separate line item.

What the Pricing Page Doesn’t Tell You

These aren’t on the pricing page, so get each one in writing before you sign:

  • The per-technician rate for each package, and whether office staff and part-time techs count as technicians.
  • Onboarding or implementation fees, and how long implementation takes before you’re live.
  • Contract length, renewal terms, and what happens to the rate when you add or remove techs mid-term.
  • Payment processing rates, if you use ServiceTitan’s payments product.
  • Which Pro add-ons are bundled in the quote you’re looking at, and which are extra.

Is Your Shop the Right Size for ServiceTitan?

In short, ServiceTitan’s feature set is aimed at shops with an office, a dispatcher and enough techs that payroll, commissions and memberships need their own system. That is where per-technician pricing and a sales-led setup make sense. So before you book a demo, take our 60-second ServiceTitan readiness check. It includes the cases where the honest answer is “not yet.”

On the other hand, smaller crews have options with published prices. Our ServiceTitan alternatives guide for shops under 10 techs compares them, and our Jobber pricing breakdown shows what a public price list looks like at the small end. ServiceTitan Pricing FAQ

How much does ServiceTitan cost per month?

ServiceTitan doesn’t publish a monthly price. Instead, ServiceTitan quotes all three packages per technician after a demo. Therefore, any specific dollar figure you see online that doesn’t come from your own quote is someone else’s number, not the vendor’s list price.

What is the difference between Starter, Essentials and The Works?

First, per the package cards, Starter covers dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and the pricebook. Next, Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll management. Finally, The Works includes configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships.

Does ServiceTitan have a free trial?

No. The pricing page offers a free demo, not a self-serve free trial. In fact, every package’s call to action is “Request Pricing.”

How do I get the best ServiceTitan price?

Go into the demo knowing your tech count, the package you actually need and the add-ons you’d use, and ask for every fee in the list above as a line item. Also, get a published-price alternative quoted alongside it so you have a real comparison.

Bottom Line

Overall, ServiceTitan pricing is quote-only, per technician, across three packages. That’s normal at the top end of this market, but it means you can’t price it from your desk. So if your shop fits its profile, book the demo prepared and get every fee in writing. Otherwise, if you’re a small crew, price two published-price alternatives first so you know what you’re comparing against. This page reflects ServiceTitan’s pricing page as of October 12, 2026.
